We take pleasure in introducing you to those who steer TSI’s ship:

Michael Brunzlik
As TSI’s founder and managing director, Michael is focused on business management and technical systems architecture, as well as on ensuring TSI’s continued smooth sailing. He is also a multi-faceted leader, with a National Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current), a Toastmasters qualification, a Citrix CCA course and a technical writing course behind him. Renowned for his leadership style and for his dynamic hands-on workshops covering PC architecture and support, networking fundamentals, advanced TCP/IP, intrusion detection systems and IT forensic auditing, Michael believes in providing skilled IT services beyond the ‘point-and-click’ type.

Neill RosenthalAT TSI Neill is responsible for systems analysis and software development, while also lending a helping hand with company navigation in the form of marketing. Drawing on his BSc Engineering degree, and his time at Teklogic, Central Data Systems, Olivetti Systems & Networks and LAN Design/Comztek, Neill also heads up the company’s laboratory information systems project, LabInfo, which is well on its way to becoming a recognised, worthy and cost-effective solution for managing laboratory data.

Philosophy
1. You are a long-term asset.TSI’s core philosophy is based on developing long-term partnerships with clients who have similar value systems to our own. We’ve done some research on this, and realised that our preference is David Maister’s ‘relationship approach’ , whereby both service provider and client invest in the relationship in order to obtain long-term, future benefits.
2. You are always in the know. In your interactions with TSI, you’ll recognise that a culture of ‘knowledge sharing’ defines us. Internally, we hold bi-weekly workshop sessions in which our technical team members put their heads together to generate new IT solutions; externally, clients use our job-tracking system to examine how specific IT challenges are being met.
3. You are well-advised.Both inside and outside the company, TSI is constantly evaluating new and diverse technologies to see how and where they can be put to work. In this, we’re highly objective. For instance, we’re in neither the Microsoft nor the Linux ‘camps’, but we’re skilled in both platforms to provide the most effective solutions.
4. You are in expert hands.
TSI follows a systematic and methodical approach to solving problems, rooted largely in the fact that a number of us have strong engineering backgrounds. As a result, if there’s nothing ready-made to meet the need, we can build it ourselves. Our e-Box and LabInfo systems are examples of this ability.

TSI’s Table of Values
TSI’s Table of Values is an expression of the principles we work on, the priorities we’ve set ourselves and the company culture we’ve created. It’s also a simple representation of what we’re all about. And if you sense a synergy between TSI’s values and your own, that’s all the more reason to make contact.
