What is it?
Support Central is web-based software that functions as TSI’s online service request, tracking and management system. This innovative product prevents client frustration and boosts the quality of client services, because it enables clients to log and track their own online requests for support or service.
How does it work?
The system uses e-mail to notify TSI and client personnel regarding the status of jobs, and a powerful feature of Support Central is its ability to set deadlines within each job. As an added bonus, clients find it extremely easy to use and quick to understand.
Why use it?
Support Central makes it easier to report problems, track the progress of the resolution, and approve the closure of the support request, or ‘job’, once the technical team is done. But there’s more: should the client be unhappy with the final resolution, Support Central allows client rejection of the closure and notifies TSI management to step in.
